# Buildings insurance - How do I cancel my current insurance policy, which is not yet with simpego?

You will find your current contract expiry date and cancellation period in your existing policy documents. For an individual quote, use our online HOME premium calculator and enter your cancellation date as the policy start date. Please send a written notice of cancellation to your current insurer.
