# What do I do if the app is not working properly?

First, check that you have the latest version of the app installed. If the problem persists, contact our [customer service centre](https://www.simpego.ch/fr/service/kundenservice). We will be happy to help.

If you notice a malfunction on our website (e.g. incorrect price calculation or a 404 error), you can also report it to our customer service – ideally with a screenshot or video recording showing the issue. Your feedback helps us continuously improve the website.
