# Which are insurable buildings?

Condominiums and buildings with max. 3 apartments. The insurance covers the building or apartment itself and installations connected to the building, such as solar panels. In addition, structural installations such as garden ponds and outbuildings located on the same plot of land, as well as equipment and materials used for the maintenance of the insured building. Also insured within the scope of the building insurance sum are building services installations.
