I am currently on holiday and have received a request to report my new mileage. What should I do?

No problem, as long as you are not away for several months. If you currently do not have access to your car, you can simply add your mileage once you are back home.

As soon as you provide the actual mileage, we will create a new invoice for you.

Important: However, if we do not receive an update from you for a period of 90 days, your contract will automatically be switched to the BasisDrive flat rate model. This corresponds to the maximum premium of your FlexDrive contract.
