What happens if I don't report my mileage in time?

If we do not receive your current mileage in time, we will provisionally estimate your consumption based on your previous driving data. You can enter the correct mileage at a later date via the FlexDrive app.

Important:

If you do not provide a new mileage reading within 90 days, your contract will automatically be switched to the BasisDrive flat rate model with a fixed annual premium (CAP premium for the FlexDrive contract).

In this case, you will lose your entitlement to the kilometre model because you have not fulfilled your obligation to report regularly.

The BasisDrive contract will be set up retroactively from the start of the current insurance period.
