How long can I view my trips and change the trip type?
In the FlexDrive app, you can view your trips for up to ten days retrospectively and, if necessary, change the trip type manually. The following details are displayed for each trip:
A = start of journey
B = end of journey
Events: heavy acceleration, heavy braking or distractions caused by using a mobile phone, which can negatively affect your score
In addition, the route driven is shown in colour to give you a better overview:
Light blue: appropriate speed
Red: speed exceeded
Dashed line: low GPS accuracy
After the 10-day period has expired, you will no longer be able to view the trip details or change the trip type (e.g. from driver to passenger or bus). This period allows you to correct any mistakes in good time or to analyse and reconsider your driving behaviour.
